The Stonebridge Creek Estates Homeowners Mandatory Association website was created to keep you and your neighbors informed about things happening in our subdivision and DeKalb County. Your involvement in our community will make Stonebridge Creek Estates a more cohesive and unified place to live.

Special Announcements

It's summertime! While many people use this time to take trips to the beach, this is also time to pause and focus on a few items within our community. As homeowners, we need to work and focus on our properties by:

Subdivision Real Estate

  • Keeping our lawns cut, clearing the curb in front of our homes, and tidying up our flowerbeds.
  • Ensuring house numbers are visible on our mailboxes and/or house.
  • Working on sprucing up the exterior of our homes (i.e., window/gutter/paint repairs)

  • Putting our trash can out on the morning of Collection Day only. Ensuring trash/recycle containers are removed from the driveway after trash/recycle day. If you have yard debris, ensure it is picked up in a timely manner and placed in tied bags that are acceptable based on the county requirements (DeKalb Co. Regulations)

  • Homeowners should not be parking cars on the grass and need to make sure that their vehicles are operable with a valid tag (Code Enforcement Violation)
  • Vehicles should not have flat tires or be propped up on bricks. Compliance letters will be sent to properties with these types of violations. Failure to comply will result in fines. (Code Enforcement Violation)


The end game is to increase our property values by maintaining curb appeal and the community common areas as an enticement for new families to want to call Stonebridge Creek Estates home. This will protect your biggest investment—your property.

Stonebridge Creek Estates Subdivision is located in Lithonia, GA, DeKalb County. The community consists of over 400 single-family homes. We are conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and public transportation.
