Assessments

Our assessments of $150 are due annually. Statements for 2019 have been mailed out. If you haven't paid your 2019 assessments and beyond, please do so immediately. If you need to make arrangements, please call our Portfolio Manager Nina Terry-Childs at 404-835-9163 or email her at NTerry@cmacommunities.com. Please give her 24-48 hours to respond.

Closing Requests

Closing letters can be requested via the CMA website at External link opens in new tab or windowwww.cmacommunities.com under “frequently requested info”, click on “request a closing letter". Closing letters are issued 5 days prior to closing date regardless of when the request is received. You can also email closing directly at NTerry@cmacommunities.com.

Community Management Associates manages the business affairs of the association. We have chosen this management company to provide more efficient service to our residents. Residents will be able to have 24/7 access to make online payments and view their account balances. We will also be able to enforce the collection of delinquent assessments. This service will be at no additional costs to our residents.
